RENTRIUM CAR RENTAL RENT A CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS
A) THE PARTIES
This contract will be included as Rentrium Car Rental. It will take place as the natural or legal person (TENANT) whose personal information and signature is included in the rental agreement and who has rented the vehicle. The vehicle defined or rented on the pre-printed pre-protocol page of the rental agreement will be indicated as (CAR) in this agreement.
B. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Have a valid driver's license of 23 years and at least 2 years for economy class group vehicles, have a valid driver's license for 25 years and at least 3 years for middle class group vehicles, have a driver's license of 27 years and 4 years for premium class group vehicles, For luxury class group vehicles, people aged 30 and with a 5-year driver's license can benefit from Rentrium Car Rental's car rental services.
2. The TENANT has to comply with the highway regulations and applicable laws. The TENANT is responsible for the costs (such as traffic fines, tying a vehicle, towing a vehicle) in case of penal action due to the use of vehicles contrary to laws and regulations.
3. The TENANT is responsible for the penal actions to be applied as a result of the accidents caused by violating the traffic rules of the highways and their accessories (traffic fine, expenses incurred as a result of tying and pulling the rental vehicle and other expenses incurred as a result of the related accident).
4. With the rental agreement, the vehicle has been leased to the TENANT during the rental period, and the TENANT is required to use the vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement, vehicle delivery form and these general conditions, to pay the rental fee on time, to pay the rental agreement, the vehicle delivery form and the terms in these general conditions. declares, accepts and undertakes that it agrees to fulfill all matters and obligations.
5. The TENANT has to pay an additional fee when he/she requests a wayfinding device (GPS), baby seat, snow tire, OGS-HGS (Highway toll) and additional services for the rented vehicle.
6. By signing this contract, the TENANT is the intermediary; He accepts that he has received undamaged, five tires with spares in perfect condition, with the tools, documents and all accessories intact. Except for those specified in the delivery form of the vehicle in question, the TENANT; accepts that it has been received in good condition and in good condition in terms of mechanics and bodywork, and that there are no signs of damage or accident on the vehicle. During the delivery of the vehicle, the TENANT has to inspect the vehicle and sign any damages and defects, if any, on the vehicle delivery and damage assessment form. For this reason, the TENANT is responsible for the damages that are not specified in this contract by the TENANT at the time of receipt of the vehicle. All damages and losses, including the claims of all kinds of mechanical electrical and other third parties, which are not demanded or collected from insurance companies within the scope of traffic insurance rules due to misuse and/or carelessness and negligence on the vehicle that the TENANT has received in good and sound condition. agrees and undertakes to pay the penalties in the first request and within the time specified in the request.
7. The TENANT agrees and undertakes to comply with the matters contained in the vehicle user manual prepared by the vehicle manufacturer, to show the necessary care and attention in the use of the vehicle and not to cause any damage to the vehicle.
8. The vehicle will be used by the driver who has a valid driver's license to be specified according to the group of the vehicle in the rental contract and vehicle delivery form, and a copy of the identity card and/or passport shall be attached to the contract together with this document. The vehicle can be used by a second person (additional driver) other than the RENTING person, with the condition of paying an additional driver fee. The driver and identity information of the additional driver must be written in the section on the first page of the contract. The RENT guarantees that the second person has all the necessary documents and qualifications, including the driver's license and the driver's age limit. Since all insurances will be deemed invalid in the determination of otherwise, the LEASEE and the LEASEE are jointly and severally liable for the damages that may arise in cases based on this reason.
9. Rental is at least 1 day (24 hours). Daily rate is applied for shorter term rentals. In case of delay, 1/3 of the applied fee is charged for each additional hour, and if the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day's fee is charged. The weekly rental period is 7 days and the monthly rental period is calculated as 30 days and is accepted by the parties.
10. At the beginning of the rental, vehicle users are required to present their driver's licenses.
11. Payments must be made with the credit card of the person presenting the driver's license at the beginning of the rental, or in cash.
12. When necessary, at the beginning of the rental, the tenant's credit card is sold as a deposit, in amounts varying according to the vehicle group, as collateral. TENANT as a deposit
